Delivery

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are dispatched within two working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

What shipping methods does Petite and So What use?

You can choose to have your orders delivered via the following shipping methods (in metropolitan France):
    Mondial Relay point (€4.5)
    At home with signature with Colissimo or Colis Privé (€8)
    Chronopost (€15)

    Outside France, deliveries are made via Mondial Relay, Colissimo International or Chronopost, depending on the country and shipping method chosen.

     

    Returns and Refunds

    I would like to return my order. How can I do this?

    You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return any unworn item(s) that are unsuitable.

    Register your return and download the free return slip HERE. Returns from abroad are subject to a fee.

    The size doesn't fit, are exEDITs possible?

    ExEDITs are possible for orders from France. You can request this directly on the returns platform.

    Can I return my order directly to the showroom?

    It is not possible to return your order directly to the showroom.
     

    Showroom

    I'd like to come to the showroom to try out the collection.

    Designer Julie welcomes you on Fridays and one Saturday a month to our Paris showroom at 11 Boulevard de Strasbourg, in the 10th arrondissement. Fitting sessions are private and by appointment only. Choose the date and time that suits you best here.
     

    Other

    I'm petite and I'd like to contribute to the development of the models and/or take part in the shooting of the next collection.
