Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.
The returned product(s) must be clean, unworn, unwashed, with the security label and original packaging. Garments must be returned with their accessories (belts, etc.).
We ask that you take special care with the items. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Please allow a week to 10 days to process the returned part(s) from the date of receipt of your return.
FROM FRANCE
For any return for a refund made from mainland France, a flat fee of €5 will be charged to the Customer and deducted from their refund.

On the Sympl platform, enter the e-mail or telephone number used to place the order, and the order number preceded by the #.
For any exchanges, please contact our customer service department at contact@petiteandsowhat.com.
You can also return unsuitable garments directly to our Paris boutique for exchange or refund.
You will not be charged the €5 flat fee if you return the item directly to our office.
FROM BELGIUM
A fee of €6.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

We do not make exchanges. We invite you to reorder.
FROM ABROAD
Returns are at your expense.
Register your return on this platform, print and place the document in your parcel so that we can identify it, and frank it at the post office.
