Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request a refund.
The returned product(s) must be clean, unworn, unwashed, with the security label and original packaging. Garments must be returned with their accessories (belts, etc.).
We invite you to be particularly careful with the items. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Please allow a week to 10 days to process the returned part(s) from the date of receipt of your return.
FROM FRANCE
For any return for refund made from Metropolitan France, a flat-rate contribution of €5 will be charged to the Customer and deducted from the refund.

On the Sympl platform, enter the e-mail address or telephone number used to place the order, as well as the order number preceded by the #.
For any exchange, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
You can also return unsuitable garments directly to our Paris boutique for exchange or refund.
You will not be charged the €5 handling fee if you return the goods directly to our premises.
FROM BELGIUM
An amount of €6.5 will be deducted from your refund to help cover the cost of return.
On the Sympl platform, enter thee-mail or telephone number used to place the order, and the order number preceded by the #.
We do not make exchanges. We invite you to reorder.
FROM ABROAD
Returns are at your expense.
Register your return on this platform, print and place the document in your parcel so that we can identify it, and frank it at the post office.
