My size is no longer available

Our timeless models are regularly restocked. For other models, your size may become available again following customer feedback.

To be the first to know when a product is back in stock, we invite you to sign up for our out-of-stock alert. You'll receive an e-mail as soon as the item is back in stock.

Sizes

I don't know what size to choose

We indicate on each product sheet in the "Size" section whether the garment fits large or small.

We also invite you to consult our sizing guide here.

I'm hesitating between L1 and L2 lengths

Some of our pants and jeans are available in two lengths: L1 (short) and L2 (long). The inseam length of each pant is specified on the product sheet for each item.

For a 7/8th fit: we recommend L1 if you are under 1m55. For sizes over 1m55, we recommend length L2.

If in doubt, measure the inseam length of one of your trousers/jeans as shown here.

I'm over 1m60 tall, will the pants fit me?

Our pants and jeans are suitable forpetites" up to 1m63.

If you're a "big petite", we recommend long pants like Lucy, Line, Audrey jeans or pants and jeans available in L2 length.

Controls

Can I pay in instalments?

Payment in 3 or 4 instalments is possible (with no minimum purchase). For this, we use the Alma application.

To use it, select Alma in 3 or 4 instalments at the time of payment, then enter your bank details as for a conventional payment. Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail, as well as an Alma payment schedule detailing the payment deadlines.

Four days before each due date, you will be notified by e-mail.

In the event of a return for refund, the Alma platform will deduct the amounts due from the refund to be made.

Note: The credit card must be valid for at least 3 months in order to guarantee the 3 payments.

Gift cards

I would like to order a gift card

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and can be used on one or more occasions.

Different amounts are available: 50€, 100€, 150€, 200€ and 250€.

You can order a gift card directly from our e-shop here. Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive an e-mail with the gift card code, which you'll need to keep in a safe place.

I would like to receive the gift card in paper or electronic format

If you would like to receive the gift card, either in electronic or paper format, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] to request it.

The paper format is sent by recorded delivery and is free of charge (in metropolitan France). Allow 3 to 5 working days for your card to reach you.

I wish to return an order paid for with (part of) a gift card

If you have paid for your order in full using a gift card, the amount will be credited back to your gift card.

If you have paid for part of your order with a gift card and the other part with another method of payment, you will be reimbursed by both methods of payment for the respective amounts paid for your initial order.

What are the different delivery options?

In France

The following delivery options are available:

Via Mondial Relay, 48/72H delivery time (€4.9)
Standard home delivery with Colissimo signature, 24/48H delivery time (€8)
Express home delivery with Chronopost, 24H delivery time (€15)

In Belgium and Luxembourg

The following delivery options are available:

Via Mondial Relay, 3/8 days (€4.9)
Standard home delivery with signature, 2/8 days (€16.5)

In Germany and the Netherlands

The following delivery options are available:

Via Mondial Relay, 3/8 days (€8)
Standard home delivery with signature, 2/8 days (€16.5)

Abroad

Home delivery with signature. Prices vary according to the destination country and the weight of your order. They will be displayed at check-out.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched 1 to 2 working days after the order date.

The delivery time then depends on the delivery method chosen and the destination country. For France: 24H for express delivery, 24 to 48H for standard delivery, 48 to 72H for delivery to Mondial Relay points.

Is delivery free?

Free delivery to Mondial Relay points for orders over €150 from France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

My order has not yet arrived

If your order has been shipped but the tracking system does not show any update after three days, we invite you to contact us by e-mail at [email protected]. We will take care of making a claim with the carrier. The situation is very often resolved once the complaint has been made.

My order was delivered to the wrong relay point

Certain relay points are often very busy and therefore quickly saturated. This is the case with lockers, for example. If the relay point you chose when ordering is no longer available when the order is being prepared, the software selects the nearest available relay point to your home.

I was unable to collect my order from the collection point, it was returned, what should I do?

Upon receipt of your package at the warehouse, we will proceed with the refund of your order. We charge €5 for processing returned orders.

Petite and So What doesn't deliver to my country

We deliver to 64 different countries worldwide. If your country is not on our list and you would like to place an order, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] so that we can add it.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Do you charge for returns?

For any return for reimbursement, a fixed charge of 5€ (France) and 6.5€ (Belgium) will be payable by the Customer and deducted from the reimbursement.

Participation is free of charge if unsuitable garments are hand-delivered directly to our premises at 11 Boulevard de Strasbourg, 75010 Paris. For this, please register here.

I wish to return my order

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to request a refund.

The returned product(s) must be clean, unworn, unwashed, with the label with its security link and the original packaging. Garments must be returned with their accessories (belts, etc.).

From France

To register a return and request a refund, log on to the Sympl platform and enter the telephone number or e-mail address used to place the order, as well as the order number preceded by the #. The Colissimo return slip will be sent to you directly by e-mail. Don't forget to include the first page in your return package.

In Paris, on our premises

You can return unsuitable garments directly to our Paris boutique.

From abroad

Returns are not available from abroad. To register a return or request a refund, log on to the Sympl platform and enter the telephone number or e-mail address used to place the order, as well as the order number preceded by the #. Print out the document received by e-mail, slip it into your parcel and frank it at your local post office.

I wish to return a "vide-atelier" item

We do not take back items sold during our "vide-ateliers". If you would like to resell your item to our community, we invite you to send us an email or private message directly on our Instagram account.

I would like to make a return but I can't log in to my customer account.

You do not need to log in to your customer account to register your return. Simply visit the returns platform at our Sympl warehouse.

I wish to exchange my order

Exchanges are only possible within metropolitan France.

How long does it take to process returns?

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your return has been received by our warehouse. The return is then processed within a week (7 to 10 working days).

How will I be reimbursed?

Refunds are always made by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited back to your credit card.

Vous pouvez retourner les qui ne conviennent pas directement en boutique pour échange ou pour remboursement, sous 14 jours après la livraison de votre commande Internet.

Les articles achetés en boutique ne conviennent pas, est-ce que je peux les retourner ?

Si vous changez d'avis, vous pouvez nous retourner les vêtements achetés en magasin pour échange ou avoir uniquement. Nous n'effectuons pas de remboursement sur les articles essayés en boutique.
