Rules for the “1 Year of ‘ Petite , and So What’” Contest
Article 1 – Organization
To celebrate its store's anniversary, Petite and So What is hosting a free contest with a prize drawing titled “Win 1 Year of Petite and So What.”
The contest runs from [start date] to [end date], during the business hours of the " Petite , and So What" store, located at 56 rue du Vertbois, 75003 Paris.
Article 2 – Conditions of Participation
Participation in the game is free and requires no purchase.
The contest is open to any individual of legal age residing in metropolitan France or abroad, with the exception of employees of Petite and So What. Only one entry per person is allowed throughout the duration of the contest.
To enter, simply fill out the entry form available in the store and drop it into the designated box before the contest closes.
Any entry that is incomplete, contains incorrect contact information, or allows multiple entries from the same person may be considered invalid.
Article 3 – Selection of the Winner
A random drawing will be held on [date] from among all valid entries.
One winner and two alternates will be selected by lottery.
The winner will be contacted by [email / phone] using the contact information provided on her entry form.
She will have 7 calendar days from the first contact to accept her prize. If no response is received within this time frame, Petite and So What may award the prize to the first alternate, and then to the second alternate if necessary.
Article 4 – Description of the Prize
The winner will receive “1 year of ‘ Petite , and So What,’” consisting of 10 “ Petite , and So What” items to be selected over the course of a year, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in these rules. The winner may select one item per month for 10 months, excluding August and December.
For each of the 10 items, Petite and So What will cover the cost of the selected item, up to a limit of €150, including tax.
The total maximum value of the grant is therefore €1,500, including tax.
If the price of the selected item is less than €150 (including tax), the difference will not be eligible for any refund, store credit, credit, or carryover to another month.
If the price of the selected item exceeds €150 (including tax), the winner may choose that item by personally paying the difference between its retail price and the €150 (including tax) covered by Petite and So What.
Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged, even partially, for its cash value.
Article 5 – Terms of Use
The prize will be valid for a period of 12 months, from [date] to [date], at a rate of one item per month, excluding August and December.
Each item must be selected and picked up in person at the “ Petite , and So What” store during the corresponding month.
Any unused month will be permanently forfeited. No carryovers, accumulation, or make-ups will be allowed.
For example, if no coins are redeemed in January, the winner will not be eligible to receive two coins in February.
The selection will be made from among the Petite , and So What items available for purchase in-store at the time of the winner's visit, subject to available sizes, colors, and inventory.
During promotional periods, the amount used to apply the promotional credit is based on the actual in-store selling price at the time of pickup.
Article 6 – Personal Nature of the Winnings
The prize is non-transferable and personal.
The winner must be present in the store to select and pick up her item and may be asked to present a form of identification.
She may not transfer her monthly benefit to another person or request that a document be given to a third party on her behalf.
The prize may not be resold, converted into a gift card, a store credit, or cash.
Article 7 – Exchanges and Returns
Items obtained through the game are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Article 8 – Personal Data
The information collected as part of the contest is used to manage entries, conduct the drawing, and contact the winner.
Subscription to the newsletter or marketing communications from Petite and So What is optional and, where applicable, requires separate consent.
Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of Petite and So What and applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
Article 9 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Petite and So What reserves the right to cancel an entry in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, false identity, or failure to comply with these rules.
